    At this time, due to Medicare regulations, we are unable to enroll patients who currently have Medicare. We look forward to welcoming Medicare patients in the future. You may contact us to inquire further.

  • We care for a wide range of health issues in children, adults, and seniors—both acute and chronic.

  • We can treat many issues by phone or video. If needed, we’ll send a prescription to a nearby pharmacy or mail meds to you. We can also guide you if you need local medical care or a hospital visit.

  • We’ll coordinate with your hospital doctors during your stay and help ensure a smooth, timely follow-up once you’re discharged.

  • We offer labs, imaging, and special procedures at lower prices than most insurance co-pays.

    If you find a better price elsewhere, we’ll gladly send orders so you can use your insurance.

  • Yes! Since your monthly fee covers all office visits with no copays—and gives you access to discounted labs and imaging—you may be able to switch from an expensive “Cadillac” plan to a more affordable basic plan and save money.

  • We handle most care in-house—no referrals, ER, or urgent care visits for common needs—helping you avoid extra costs and stay below your deductible.
